We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All refunds are issued via store credit (Seduce Gift Card).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn and within in its original packaging. If we will feel hygiene strips have been taken off or tampered with. We will decline your refund due to hygiene.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns must reach us within 14 days of when you received your order. Seduce is not responsible for the return of the parcel, we recommend a signed for or tracked service is used.
Luxury - Custom Orders
Our Luxury/ Hamper range are custom therefore there will be no refund or exchange available

Seduce is not responsible for custom fees when returning an item, the item may be refused and returned back to the sender or the fees will be deducted from the initial refund.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our sale items.
Damages and issues
Each item is hand made and hand embellished and we take great pride in ensuring no orders are fulfilled with any faults what so ever.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Underwear (Panties)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Sale Items. All sale items are final sale.
We unfortunately are unable to process cancellations once the order has been placed.
We unfortunately do not currently offer an exchange service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on a SEDUCE Gift Card which will be emailed to you.
